(a) Incorporation procedures. (b) Address for legal and fiscal purposes and office support. (c) Representation. (d) Preparation of minutes of shareholder meetings, attendance, power of attorneys, board of directors meetings, legalization and registry of the minutes or powers of attorney.
OTHER CONTRACTS.-
